Lanson Design Group Ltd – T/a Femme de la Mer Swimwear is a fully registered New Zealand owned and operated company.

Shipping & Delivery

HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
We accept direct credit card payments even without a Paypal account via the Paypal gateway. Please select ‘PayPal’ at the checkout to proceed to payment.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $3 AUD per order for shipments to AUS and NZ.  Shipments to USA (with tracking information) is a flat fee rate of $9 USD from our Sydney distribution centre.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in New Zealand, and are usually delivered within 3-10 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email info@fdlmswim.com

ORDERS SENT BY EXPRESS COURIER
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Femme de la Mer does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Femme de la Mer, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 28 days. Please note, Returns Authorisation (RA) numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item/s. You will then have a further 14 days to return the unsuitable item. Please contact us to get your returns authorisation numbers.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces!
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Femme de la Mer Swimwear for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Simply email Femme de la Mer Swimwear and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need! Please note, Returns Authorisation (RA) numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item/s. You will then have a further 14 days to return the unsuitable item.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours. If you’re exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days. If you’re refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5-7 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at Femme de la Mer Swimwear so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
