Shipping & Delivery

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept direct credit card and debit card payments. You have the option of using Stripe or Paypal. Please select your preferred option in checkout. We are also pleased to offer AfterPay. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer AUS post courier at a flat rate of $15 AUD for shipments to AUS and $25 AUD for shipments to NZ. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $200. 

Shipments to USA/Canada is a flat rate of $15.99 AUD per item; Shipping to UK/Europe is a flat rate of $16.99 AUD per item from our Sydney distribution centre. Worldwide Express Courier shipping option is available for $25 AUD to Australia and $30 AUD to New Zealand.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Sydney, Australia are usually delivered in 3-7 working days to our Customers in Australia and New Zealand. Orders sent to other country destinations typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.  There can be occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Expedite Shipping for AUS and NZ delivery period is 1-3 business days. Other worldwide destinations for expedite shipping is 1-5 business days.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email info@fdlmswim.com

ORDERS SENT BY TRACKED COURIER
We can send to Post Office (PO) boxes and street addresses – full tracking.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Femme de la Mer does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Femme de la Mer, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 14 days. Please note, Returns Authorisation (RA) numbers must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item/s. You will then have a further 9 days to return the unsuitable item. Please contact us to get your returns authorisation numbers.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces!
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Femme de la Mer Swimwear for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Simply email Femme de la Mer Swimwear and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need! Please note, Returns Authorisation (RA) numbers must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item/s. You will then have a further 9 days to return the unsuitable item.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your swimwear being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Your return needs to go back to Sydney distribution center.

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours. If you’re exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days. If you’re refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5-7 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at Femme de la Mer Swimwear so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
